How many units your site needs

Our standard recommendation is one unit per 10 workers, serviced weekly. That ratio keeps a site comfortably within OSHA's sanitation requirements and keeps units usable through Friday rather than barely acceptable by Wednesday. A crew of 25 gets three units; a crew of 40 gets four.

Adjust upward for long shifts, large crews concentrated in one area, or a site where the walk to the unit crosses the whole project. Tell us the crew size and shift pattern and we will give you a count instead of a guess.

Placement on a working site

• Level, firm ground the service truck can reach without crossing active work
• Within a short walk of the crew — units placed too far away simply do not get used
• Out of the swing path of equipment and away from trench edges
• Secured or staked on exposed ridge lots where the wind comes across hard
• Relocatable as the build moves; tell us and we will move them on a service visit

Service that keeps up with the job

Weekly service is standard: waste pumped, tank recharged, unit cleaned and restocked with toilet paper. Larger crews and long-running sites often go to twice weekly. What matters most on a job site is that service happens on a predictable day, because an unserviced unit becomes a crew morale problem fast.

Remote and forest-road sites

A lot of building up here happens at the end of an unpaved road, on a wooded lot, or at elevation where winter access is genuinely seasonal. Our trucks work those roads routinely. If your site becomes hard to reach after snow or during monsoon, say so at delivery and we will plan placement so servicing does not stop when the weather turns.
