The common planning table starts around one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event and scales with both headcount and duration. Alcohol pushes usage up noticeably — a wedding reception with a bar behaves more like an event with 30 percent more guests. All-day events, hot summer afternoons and events with food service all move the number up as well.

Weddings and private celebrations

For a wedding the units need to be clean, stocked, and placed where they are easy to find but not part of the photos. We set them on level ground at the edge of the site, screened by terrain or landscaping where possible, and within a comfortable walk of the reception area. A handwashing station next to the units does more for the guest experience than almost anything else you can add.
