Construction sites

Our standard recommendation is one unit per 10 workers with weekly service — a ratio that keeps a site comfortably within OSHA's sanitation requirements and keeps units usable all week — plus handwashing where the work involves concrete, paint or anything a crew shouldn't eat lunch around. We set placement so the unit doesn't move every time the excavator swings, and we keep the service day consistent so your super isn't chasing us.

On remote builds around Heber-Overgaard and Clay Springs, tell us how the truck gets in. Forest roads that are fine in June are a different conversation in February, and we'd rather plan the placement than discover it.

Weddings, rodeos and events

Event counts depend on guests, duration and whether alcohol is served. Start at one unit per 50 guests for four hours, add a quarter more for longer events, and put at least one ADA unit in the plan. Placement matters as much as count: units want a level pad, a spot that's easy to reach with the service truck, and enough distance from the dinner tent that nobody's thinking about them. Mountain venues also get wind — we stake and site accordingly.

What weekly service actually includes

We pump the holding tank, wash the interior, restock toilet paper, and re-deodorize. The difference between a rental company people call back and one they don't is entirely whether that visit happens on schedule, so it's the part we're strictest about.

What does a portable toilet rental cost?

Cost is driven by four things: unit type (standard, ADA, or a handwashing station), how long you keep it, how often it's serviced, and how far the delivery truck drives. A standard unit on a monthly construction rental with weekly service is the cheapest way to rent. A single weekend event unit costs more per day because delivery and pickup are the same work either way.

How many portable toilets do I need?

For construction, our standard is one unit per 10 workers, serviced weekly — comfortably within OSHA's sanitation requirements. For events, plan roughly one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, and add units as the hours or the alcohol go up. Weddings and festivals running past six hours should add about 25% more. If you're close to a threshold, take the extra unit — the cost of one more is far less than the line.

How often are units serviced?

Weekly is standard: we pump the tank, wash down the interior, restock toilet paper, and deodorize. High-traffic job sites and multi-day events go to twice weekly or daily. If a unit is being used by more than 10 people, weekly service is the minimum, not the maximum.

What's included in the rental?

Delivery, placement, the scheduled service visits, toilet paper, deodorizer and pickup. No separate charges for the routine supplies.

Do you rent ADA-accessible units and handwashing stations?

Yes. ADA units are wheelchair-accessible with a ground-level entry and interior turning space, and public events generally need at least one. Freestanding handwashing stations with foot pumps, soap and towels are available on their own or alongside units — required for many food-service and construction situations.

How far ahead should I book?

Job sites in the Show Low–Pinetop corridor: one to two business days is usually fine. Summer events in the White Mountains: two to four weeks, longer for a holiday weekend, because the same weekends fill up every year.

Where can you deliver?

Anywhere in our service area — roughly 50 miles around Show Low, including Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake, Taylor, Heber-Overgaard, Holbrook, White Mountain Lake, Linden, Vernon, Concho, St. Johns, Springerville and Eagar. For remote forest sites we need a spot the truck can reach on a reasonably level pad.
